SHIPPING POLICY

Your pieces(s) will be shipped to you within 3 business days of ordering.
Your ceramic piece(s) will be carefully packed to ensure safe shipping. We use the most economical shipping method for the customer.
If you are in a rush, next-day or two-day shipping can be arranged for additional cost.
We are eager for you to receive your new piece(s) and will attempt to do whatever we can to get these unique pottery pieces to you ASAP.
If you are in the Dublin, Ohio area, we can arrange for pick up or delivery from our local studio.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We are delighted that you have made a purchase at MJD Pottery Co. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns if the piece is defective.
Please email us within 14 days of product receipt if there is an issue. You have the option of choosing another piece in our store at a comparable price or a refund. We will ship the replacement piece free of charge or refund the cost of the original piece.
For replacement or refunds, your piece(s) must be repacked in the original box with the original packing material. This will ensure the piece(s) will arrive unbroken.
We will need to receive the original piece(s) prior to MJD Pottery processing the exchange/refund.
